KES Separation has been working together with China local service company for several years; and the test site is spreading in Tianjin Dagang Oilfield and Shanxi Changqing Oilfield. We tried different designs to get acceptable separation performance at affordable cost.
Oil sludge has various sources. The oily sludge can come from Crude Oil storage tank, Refinery plant waste oil sludge, tank bottom sludge, drilling sludge pit, aged sludge pit, oil vessel etc. By our Oily Sludge Treatment System, can recover valuable oil to send it back to oil companies (like Chevron, Shell, Mobile, Eni, ), clean water for reuse and dry solids for final disposal.
KES Separation Oily Sludge Separation System is a turnkey solution, and the configuration can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Compared with shaker & centrifuge design, our filter press design is cheaper, easier for operation and better separation performance.
