KSCQ series Vacuum Degasser is a special-purpose device and a new type one for the treatment of gas in the drilling fluids. It can get rid of various gas of invasive drilling quickly. Vacuum degasser is very important for returning mud gravity, stabilizing mud viscosity and reducing drilling cost. Also, at the same time vacuum degasser can be used as a heavy-power agitator and supported applicable to all types of mud circulation purification system. The vacuum degasser design of the structure is scientific and rational. So we are able to achieve an effective gas-liquid separation, filter out impurities and to ensure that the exhaust pipe is always smooth.

Technical Features

• The drilling fluid enters the vacuum tank with the help of a vacuum pump, while the gas leaves the tank.
 In operation, the water circulation vacuum pump temperature is constant, suitable for flammable and explosive gas, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
• The drilling fluid is sprayed through the rotor window at high speed to the tank wall, the gas in the drilling mud is broken and the gas in the drilling mud is completely separated.
 The main motor is installed at one end to reduce the center of gravity of the vacuum degassing machine.
 Belt Drive simplifies the structure of the reducer
 Due to the help of the gas-liquid separator, the gas and water cannot be released at the same time, the trachea is uninterrupted, the circulating water is supplied to the vacuum pump, saving water.
• The suction pipe should be inserted into the drilling tank and used as a high power mixer if the drilling mud does not contain gas.
